Is lunch included?
Yes, lunch is included as part of your Wedcon experience, along with refreshments throughout the day, so you can focus on learning, connecting and making the most of every part of the event.
What time does the event start and finish?
Doors open at 9am. The main event runs until around 5.30pm, followed by an evening networking celebration from 6.30pm to 8pm. It is a full day designed to give you both high-value learning and meaningful connection time with other wedding pros.
Will I have access to the speakers?
Yes. Most of our speakers stay for the day, so there will be opportunities to connect. If you want extra time and a more intimate experience, VIP gives you access to a roundtable lunch with the speakers.

What happens if the event is cancelled?
We fully expect Wedcon to go ahead as planned. However, if the event has to be cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
